摘    要:随着环境恶化的加剧和人类经济和科技发展,人类对已有资源的不满足和对新资源的渴求日益迫切。污水处理厂的二级出水的COD、BOD5、SS等值已达到地表水4级,甚至3级标准;外观清澈透明。因此,对污水处理厂的二级出水再进行深度处理,使其中的溶解性有机物、盐分、氮、磷值进一步下降,浊度、色度趋于零,细菌含量进一步削减,生成洁净的中水,即可使之成为农灌、绿化、景观、冲厕等方面的用水,成为城市"第二水资源"。这对于彻底解决缺水城市的水资源危机,实现人类社会的可持续性发展有着十分重要的意义。

Abstract:Firstly, the paper analyses the state of the research and the development of detection methods of prior monitoring toxic pollutants in the whole world. Combine with the development of state of municipal sewage treatment and people's demand of "second water resource", the any sense of detecting project of prior monitoring toxic pollutants is described. Than there is a detail describtion on varies of pretreatment technoledgies of detection of prior monitoring toxic pollutants. After all, SPE method is decided and the main project of the SPE is told. Finally, the discussion on sample-analysis, the conclusion of the advantages and the development sense of SPE are carried.
