摘    要:利用约瑟夫森效应获取电磁信号的频谱信息是超导电子学的重要应用之一.为了解决高频信号频谱检测系统数据采集慢、体积庞大的问题,开发了基于DSP芯片的数据采集及处理系统.研究了系统硬件的搭建和相关程序的开发.用其检测98 GHz高频信号,并与HP34401数字万用表采集的结果进行了比较.使得系统更加小型化、集成化、硬件结构简单.

Abstract:It is an important application of superconducting devices to achieve the spectral information of high frequency signal by using the Josephson junctions.In order to improve the speed of data acquisition and retrench the high frequency signal detecting system, a data-acquisition and transacting system is put forward based on DSP.The establishment of the hard platform and the development of correlative application programs are also studied.Using this DSP system, high frequency signal at 98 GHz has been detected. Ths system has been compared with HP34401. It make the old system more compact.
