| Abstract: | Summary The FBA scattering cross-section in the presence of a strong magnetic field diverges at the Landau thresholds. Such divergences are eliminated by the introduction of a modified density of states, accounting for the finite Landau states lifetime of the electrons in a magnetized plasma. |
