Proton and carbon-13 high resolution NMR spectroscopy of high polymers

Using a super-conducting magnet, the examination of high polymers by ¹H- and ¹³C-NMR provides complementary and precise information about their microstructures. The configuration of the polymer skeleton and chemical structures which are present in low concentrations are easily observed. Relationships between polymerization mechanisms, microstructure and properties thus become clearer.
