DC polarography: Effects of electrode sphericity on the current—Potential curves with EC and CE mechanisms

Explicit equations which take into account the effect of sphericity of the DME on the current—potential curves with EC and CE mechanisms accompanied by Nernstian behavior have been derived in a rigorous way. These equations have been obtained without using the steady-state approximation and therefore they are valid without any limitation in the magnitude of rate constants of the chemical reaction.
