静电纺丝原理研究进展

摘    要:纳米纤维具有直径小、比表面积大以及易于实现表面功能化的优点,受到广泛的关注.在众多制备纳米纤维的方法中,静电纺丝是一种高效的技术,其中同轴共纺技术由于能制备芯-壳(core-shell)结构的纳米纤维,也越来越引起人们的关注.本文介绍了基于电流体动力学的静电纺丝原理,讨论了静电纺丝相关原理研究进展,包括Taylor锥与喷射,纳米纤维的弯曲非稳定性,高聚物溶液/熔融体流动非稳定性,两相流流型及其转换,高聚物两相流流型及其转换,非牛顿流体流动非稳定性以及两种非牛顿流体分层流动等,最后指出了尚待解决的一些问题.
