Abstract:The structure and characteristic of the condenser and evaportor of automobile A/C were firstly discussed,then a new simulation program of these heat exchangers(serpentine condenser, parallel flow condenser,serpentine evaportor) relies on a distribution parameter computational method was presented in this paper.By analyzing the difference of thermal properties between R12 and R134a,the simulation program was used to compare the performance difference ofthese heat exchangers using the R12 and R134a as refrigerant separately.This simulation program is a useful tool to the design of condenser and evaportor in which the R134a is used as the refrigerant.
