Abstract: | A method is proposed for determining niobium, tantalum, zirconium, and hafnium in mineral stocks. It is based on the preliminary synthesis of analyte complexes in hydrofluoric acid containing cadmium oxide. It was shown by spectrographic measurements that the decomposition products of complexes in a small chamber electrode of an ac carbon arc are volatile individual analyte fluorides. |
