| Abstract: | A convenient method for the synthesis of ezetimibe analogs as cholesterol absorption inhibitors was described.The key step in the synthesis was the intramolecular ring formation through Mitsunobu reaction.Furthermore,a new series of analogs was designed and synthesized. |
