摘    要:为提高整体叶轮叶片数控加工的效率和质量,提出了一种分片侧铣加工法.该方法在一次走刀成形近似直纹面不能满足精度要求的情况下,将叶片曲面分成多片,在每一片曲面上采用侧铣方法加工,用多个曲面片拼接出所需要的曲面.文中对该方法涉及的关键问题——各曲面片上刀位轨迹的算法,包括刀轴方向的确定、刀位轨迹的规划及加工误差的分析进行了讨论.计算机仿真及加工实例验证了所提出的算法的正确性.

Abstract:To improve the efficiency and quality for numerical control of machining of integral impellers, a new method, i.e. flank milling on divided pieces, was put forward. In this method, the approximately ruled surface of blades was divided into several pieces, which were processed with the flank milling method respectively. Then the pieces were joined together to form an integral impeller. In this paper, the key of the method, i.e. the generation of the cutter path for each curved piece, including the determination of the direction of tool axis, planning for cutter path, and analysis of errors for processing, was discussed. Computer simulation of the process and examples of machining of a real impeller verified the rationality of the method.
