压缩机叶轮断裂分析

摘    要:对103-JHP压缩机叶轮断裂事故进行了宏观断口,裂纹分布,微观断口及组织性能的研究,并用故障树方法进行了断裂过程和断裂原因的分析。结果表明:由于过大的轴向应力使一级叶轮轮盖偏磨,产生附加疲劳载荷,使轮盖先掉,轮盘断裂,引起事故发生。故障树分析把断裂过程和断裂原因结合起来,对失效分析有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:Fracture failure of a 103 JHP compressor impeller has been studied forcrack shape with fractography and miorofractography and for microstrictire withSEM. The fracturc process and cause for failure were analyzed by means ofthe failure tree melhod. It is found that the great axial stress in the firstimpeller has caused the lid to be worn out and then additional cyclic stress hascaused the lid to break away partially from the impeller. The failure tree methodoombixled with fracture procoss analysis may be used aa a guide for failureanalysis.
