银杏组织培养研究进展

为了全面了解银杏组织培养现状，找出银杏组织培养的规律，概述了利用银杏的器官培养、愈伤组织培养、细胞悬浮培养、花粉培养、胚及其发生的培养、毛状根培养等组织培养手段进行银杏种质保存及生理学研究的现状。并指出，弄清次生代谢物合成途径及其关键步骤的关键酶，利用原生质体、雌配子体细胞和花粉获得体细胞胚，建立起一个将胚长成植株的体系，是今后努力的方向。

Advances on Tissue Culture of Ginkgo biloba L.

In order to overall study the present situation of tissue culture of Ginkgo biloba L.and to find out the law of tissue,this paper summarizes the studying advances on organ culture,callus culture,cell suspension culture,pollen culture,embryo and embryogenesis culture,hairy root culture,and germplasm conservation and physiological study using tissue culture technology.This paper also points out that there is still a lot of work to do,such as finding out the metabolic pathways of secondary metabolites and the key enzymes of key steps,obtaining somatic embryos from protoplasms,female gametophytes and pollens,and establishing a protocol for growing an embryo to a plant in the field.
