| 摘 要： | 本文从对用户状态迁移和相关定时器的控制原理做了详细的论述，针对RRC连接成功必须经过同步态的阶段，从而对同步态的容量从用户规格、CPU负荷和空口资源配置三方面进行分析，提出了同步态容量优化的建议，通过案例实践达到了预期目标。

| Abstract: | The from the control principle of user state migration and related timers do in detail, according to the RRC connection must be after the synchronization state, thus the capacity of synchronous state from three aspects: user specifications, CPU load and air interface resource allocation analysis, put forward the synchronous state capacity optimization proposal, through practical case reached the expected goal. |
