| Abstract: | The possibility of the local polarization of epitaxial Ba0.8Sr0.2TiO3 thin film is studied by means of piezoresponse force microscopy. The existence of a local polarized state depends on the duration of the applied pulse. The kinetics of polarized states explaining the experiment is considered in the context of phenomenological theory. |
