| 摘 要： | 科技人才评价和选拔是科技管理活动的重要组成部分,正确认识现有的科技人才评价和选拔研究现状对于建立科技人才评价和选拔体系具有重要作用。在对国内外科技人才评价和选拔相关文献的回顾和分析基础上,从科技人才评价维度和评价方法两个方面对现有研究进行了评述,并对科技人才评价和选拔体系存在的问题及发展提出了改进思路。

| Abstract: | The evaluation and selection of S&T talenls is one of main parts in S&T administration.It is important to acknowledge and grasp the current progress on the evaluating and selecting system of S&T talents Based on the review and analysis of relating literatures,narrates and comments are given from the evaluating dimension and methods.Finally,improving suggestions are given on the existing question and development of the evaluating and selecting system of S&T talents. |
