摘    要:为提高发电厂资产管理的信息化水平,研究并开发了发电厂设备资产管理系统(DLEAM).根据电力行业信息的特点,探讨了系统的整体结构和流程,深入研究了工单管理的工单处理、资源管理、设备缺陷管理和维修历史管理4个部分的内容.根据工单的操作流程,跟踪工单状态的变更,建立工单库和设备故障决策树,从而对工单从生成到注销的全过程进行监督和控制,实现企业有形资产的生命周期全过程的闭环管理.研究并设计了基于.NET技术的系统专用基础类库,为DLEAM的开发和维护提供技术支持.

Abstract:The asset management system of power plants(DLEAM) is researched and developed in order to improve the enterprise management.Based on the characteristics of the electric power industry,the whole construction and work flow of the DLEAM are discussed;especially the content and work flow of work order management module are expounded in detail.The work order management module is composed of four modules which are work order process module,resource management module,equipment defects management module and maintaining history management module.According to the operation flow of work order,the data library of work order and the decision tree of equipment defect are constructed with tracing the status variation of work order.Then the whole process of work order is under supervision and control;and the management of assets life cycle is realized in closed loop mode.The appropriate base class library based on.NET is researched and developed so as to provide technological support for DLEAM.
