双酚A型环氧改性R-122环氧树脂的研究

摘    要:用双酚A环氧树脂(E-44)改性脂环类环氧树脂(R-122),通过对改性R-122环氧树脂力学性能和热性能的测定,探讨了固化工艺,固化荆体系对改性R-122环氧树脂韧性的影响。结果表明:改性R-122环氧树脂冲击强度提高40%,弯曲强度提高75%,断裂能提高81%,而热变形温度和玻璃化转变温度基本不变。R-122树脂基复合材料随E-44的加入冲击强度和弯曲强度分别提高12%和18%。

Abstract:Bisphenol A epoxy resin (E-44) was used to modify acycloaliphatic epoxy resin (R-122). Mechanical and thermal properties had been measured and the influence of the different curing agent and different curing process had been studied. The result showed that the addition of E-44 into R-122 had improved the impact strength by 40%, the bend strength by 75%, and the breaking energy by 81%. The heat deformation temperature and the glass transition temperature hardly changed. The impact strength and the bend strength of composite material had been improved by 12% and 18% respectively.
