精苯酐中微量杂质分析研究

摘    要:本文报道采用萃取、层析分离和红外光谱、质谱等鉴定,同国外样品对比,发现精苯酐中的主要杂质有邻苯二甲酰亚胺,苯二甲酸,苯甲酸,邻苯二甲酸单丁酯,邻苯二甲酸单乙酯,棕(木吕)酸,硬酯酸,1,4-萘醌和6,11-二羟基萘茚醌等。而造成精苯酐在浓硫酸中发绿光的主要原因是含较大量的邻苯二甲酰亚胺。

Abstract:By means of extraction and chromatographic separation as well as infrared spectrometricand mass spectrometric detection, it was found that phthalic dicarboximide, phthalic acid,benzoic acid. monobutyl phthalate, monoetnyl phthalate, palmitic acid, stearic acid, 1, 4 naph-thoquinone, and 6, 11-dihydroxy naphthoindene are the main impurities in refined phthalicanhydride. o-phthalic dicarboximide is responsible for the greenish light when refined phthalicanhydride is dissolved in concentrated H_2SO_4.
