设备状态监测和故障诊断

介绍我厂在设备预见性维护中所采用的监测工具，并通过这些监测手段来判别设备运行是否正常，如果不正常，经过分析与判断，指出发生了什么故障；或者在故障未发生之前，提出可能发生故障的预报，便于维修人员尽早采取措施，避免发生故障，或避免发生重大故障．给生产带来重大经济损失。

The Equipments Monitors and the Failure Diagnosis

Presents the application of monitoring tool in our predictive maintenance. Based on these monitoring ways, distinguish the equipment run normal or not. If the equipment is abnormal, the failure is pointed out by the analysis and the distinguishing;or the failure forecasting is suggested. In order to the maintainers take the measure as soon as possible and avoiding the important fault occurred. At the same time the heavy economic losses is avoided.
