摘    要:人力资源供过于求,人才资源供不应求,这是当今饭店业人力资源的现状.对员工进行忠诚度管理,培养与维系员工的忠诚感,建立一支与饭店共发展的员工队伍,留住优秀人才,已成为饭店业人力资源管理的重要内容.

Abstract:The present condition of hotel industry is supply exceeds demand in human resource and demand exceeds supply in qualified personnel resource. It has become a very important topic in human resource management or hotel industry that employee's loyalty management,formation of staff members who share weal and woe with hotel and keeping talents. After analyzing the significance to employee's loyalty management in hotel industry , this paper advances some managerial strategies to the employee's loyalty.
