| Abstract: | The present condition of hotel industry is supply exceeds demand in human resource and demand exceeds supply in qualified personnel resource. It has become a very important topic in human resource management or hotel industry that employee's loyalty management,formation of staff members who share weal and woe with hotel and keeping talents. After analyzing the significance to employee's loyalty management in hotel industry , this paper advances some managerial strategies to the employee's loyalty. |
