摘    要:针对电源管理、工业自动化等自动控制领域对高端电参数检测精度高、范围宽的要求,设计了一个基于PAC1921高端电流功率传感器的宽范围高端电参数检测系统;该系统根据测量结果自动对增益进行配置,使测量档位的测量范围与实际值匹配,从而保证设计的检测系统具有宽的测量范围的同时能够保证测量精度;实验结果表明系统能对高端0~20 A,0~32 V,0~640 W范围的电参数进行测量,数据采集稳定,精度高,可以为高端宽范围的电参数测量提供参考,具有一定的使用价值。

Abstract:Considering the actual demand of power management and industrial automation,the electric parameter detection system based on PAC1921 high-side current/power sensor was designed. The measurement results are automatically configured to match the measuring range and the actual value, so that the design of the detection system has a wide measurement range and can ensure the measurement accuracy. The experimental prove the system can measure the value of 0-20 A current, 0-32 V voltage and 0-640 W power and the data acquisition is stable and it has high measurement accuracy. The system can provide a reference for the wide range of electrical parameters measurement and it has a certain reference value.
