Performence Test ofAuto-safe Methyl Violet Tester

Test method and procedure of an auto-safe methyl violet tester was introduced. The tester was made of metal thermostat,manipulator and control system. The system could not only control thermostat and manipulator, but also took the paper color by the sensor in order to monitor the test process. The chemostability of a double-base propellant and a tri-base propellant were tested respectively by the tester, the test results were as same as those provided by non-auto tester, and repeatability was better than old tester.
