离子色谱法测定水中总氮

摘    要:用离子色谱法检测水中总氮,检测波长为205nm,整个分析过程仅需7min。方法的检出限为0.03mg/L.测定结果的相对标准偏差为2.1%~3.5%(n=7),加标回收率为99.0%~103.5%。用离子色谱法和分光光度法对水样进行测定,两种方法测定结果的相对偏差不大于2.1%。

Abstract:The total nitrogen in water was determined by ion chromatography with the detection wavelength of 205 nm. The whole procedure of determination could be completed within 7 min. The detection limit was 0.03 mg/mL. The recovery was 99.0%~103.5% with the relative standard deviation of 2.1%~3.5%(n=7).The relative deviation between ion chromatography and spectrophotometry was not more than 2.1%.
