摘    要:为了探索新型抗钻地武器防护技术,提出了一种由偏航层和基本层构成的活性粉末混凝土(reactivepowderconcrete, RPC)基表面异形遮弹层。采用?57mm 半穿甲弹开展了初始速度320~705m/s的弹 道冲击试验,获得了弹体破坏特征、弹体偏转角、最大侵彻深度、靶体破坏形态等试验结果,并提出了弹体侵彻 深度简化计算公式。研究结果表明,由高强度、高韧性RPC材料构成的异形体可以显著削弱弹体侵彻威力。 撞击时弹体均发生了不同程度的弯曲变形和破裂,弹道明显偏转,随着撞击速度的增大,弹体偏转角先增大后 减小,当撞击速度为505m/s时,最大偏转角达到61.4。试验后的钢纤维RPC基本层没有出现大面积冲击 弹坑和震塌现象,裂缝浅而少,保持了较好的完整性。计算结果与试验数据吻合较好,验证了公式的合理性。

Abstract:Areactivepowerconcrete(RPC)shelterplatewasproposedtodevelopanewprotective technologyforresistingpenetrationweapons.Ballisticexperimentswiththeimpactvelocitiesof320~ 705m/swerecarriedoutbyusingsemi-armour-piercingprojectileswiththediameterof57mmtoinvestigatetheanti- penetrationcapacitiesofRPCshelterplateswithirregularbarriersontheirsurfaces comprisingyaw-inducinglayersandbasalplates.Someexperimentalresultswereobtainedsuchas failurecharacteristics,deflexionanglesand maximalpenetrationdepthsofprojectiles,andfailure modesoftargets.Andthesimplifiedcalculationalformulaforpenetrationdepthwasgiven.ThepenetrationpowersoftheprojectileswereweakenedobviouslybyirregularbarriersconsistingofRPCwith highstrengthandexcellenttoughness.Differentbucklingdeformationsandfracturesoccurredwhen projectilesimpactedonirregularbarriers.Thetrajectoriesweredeflexedandpenetrationdepthswere reducedgreatly.Thedeflexionanglesofprojectilesincreasedfirstlyanddecreasedsubsequentlywith theincreaseoftheimpactvelocity,themaximaldeflexionanglewas61.4inthecaseof505m/simpactvelocity. Therewerenotanyimpactcraterswithlargesizeoranyscabbingafterballisticexperiments, andtheintegralitiesoftargetsweregoodforasmallquantityofcracks.Thecalculationalresultsareingoodagreementwiththeexperimentaldata, andthesimplifiedformulaisfeasible.
