克拉霉素与百里酚蓝荷移配合物的光度分析研究

摘    要:利用克拉霉素与百里酚蓝在乙醇介质发生荷移反应,建立了荷移分光光度法测定克拉霉素含量的方法.结果表明,荷移反应生成1∶1型配合物,最大吸收波长为442 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为ε=1.66×104L·mol-1·cm-1,克拉霉素测定线性范围为8.278~57.59 mg/L.

Abstract:Base on the charge-transfer reaction between clarithromycin and thymol blue in ethanol solution,a spectrophotometric method was established for the determination of clarithromycin in preparations.The experimental results show that the composition ratio of the complex is 1 ∶ 1,the apparent molar absorptivity is 1.66 × 10 4 L.mol-1.cm-1 at maximum absorption wavelength 442nm,and the linear range of the determination is 8.278-57.59mg / L.
