硫酸氢钠催化合成阿魏酸戊酯的研究

摘    要:以正戊醇和阿魏酸为原料,一水硫酸氢钠为催化剂,直接酯化合成了阿魏酸戊酯.考察了催化剂用量、反应时间、醇酸物质的量比、带水剂用量等因素对反应的影响.确定了较佳反应条件为:阿魏酸0.2mol,n(阿魏酸)∶n(戊醇)=1∶2,一水硫酸氢钠0.5g,环己烷(带水剂)15mL,加热回流反应2h,在此反应条件下阿魏酸戊酯的产率为96.9%.

Abstract:Amyl ferulate was synthesized from n-pentanol and ferulic acid by direct esterification using sodium hydrogen sulfate monohydrate as catalyst.The effects of the amount of catalyst,reaction time,materials ratio,the amount of hexamethylene on the synthesis were studied.The optimum conditions based upon 0.2 mol of ferulic acid was identified as,n(ferulic acid)∶n(n-pentanol)=1∶2,sodium hydrogen sulfate monohydrate 0.5 g,cyclohexane 15mL,reflux reaction time 2 h.The yield of amyl ferulate was 96.9%under above conditions.
