| 摘 要： | 使用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定了烟用香精中的铅,通过考察消解方法、基体改进剂的应用、灰化原子化温度选择等对检测结果的影响,优化了最佳检测条件。结果表明,使用该法检测烟用香精中的铅,RSD6%,平均回收率98%,高效、安全、准确。

| Abstract: | To establish a method for determination of Pb in flavoring essence for tobacco, the best condition for the method were found out by investigating preparation of sample, matrix modifier, ashing and atomization temperature. It conclusion this method is highly effective and more accurate, safe. |
