摘    要:本文介绍了应用液-液催化、氢-氚交换法制备某些氚标记杂环化合物。采用PtO_2作为催化剂,选用含有杂氮原子的、杂氮和杂硫原子的、杂氧原子的十二种化合物作为研究对象,并用~3H NMR研究了氚在这些杂环化合物中的位置以及它在分于中的相对丰度,得到了满意的氚渗入结果。

Abstract:This paper describes the position and content of tritium labeling in some hetero-cycliccompounds by catalytic tritiation were determined by ~3H NMR spectroscopy: such as pyrrole, 1,2, 4-triazole, thiazole, benzothiazole, purine and derivatives, indole, diphenylaminc, diphenylether etc. have been tritiated using tritiated water and platinum catalyst (from the dioxide andsodium borohyride), and the pattern of labeling has been assigned by ~3H NMR spectroscopy Theresults indicated that this exchange process can get generaliy labeling compounds.
