Charactcf of Photosensitive Damage of PP,HP and DHE to The Structure of Main-Chain of Protein
Abstract:Abstract Laser Raman spectroscopy was used to investigate the microcosmic and photosensitive damage of active componets PP, HP and DHE of porphyrin’s drug to the structure of the main-chain of protein (lysozyme ).The results indecated that the damages of the three active componete to the structure of lysozyme are considerably different : The damages of PP toβ-sheet andβ-turn of the structure of the main-chain were stronger than the damages of HP and DHE to that and the resuIt was found in a dose-independent way,It is suggested that the damages to protein mainly dependent on the structure of PP,HP and DHE.
