菜花烙铁头肺微血管铸型的扫描电镜观察

用扫描电镜观察了ABS丁酮溶液灌注的菜花烙铁头肺微血管构筑情况。结果表明菜花烙铁头肺壁内面有许多网状隔膜、次级隔膜、三级隔膜及肺泡隔将其分隔成大量的囊状室、小室、亚小室及肺泡，在网状隔膜、次级隔膜、三级隔膜、肺泡隔及肺泡壁上均有丰富的毛细血管,且相互吻合成单层密集网；肺泡毛细血网眼多呈椭圆形、三角形、多边形及不规则形，毛细血管直径7～11μm，网眼孔径8～25μm；在微动脉和终末微动脉血管铸型上，显示有明显的环形平滑肌细胞和内皮细胞核压迹，微静脉和毛细血管铸型表面光滑，但有内皮细胞核的压迹。

SEM Observation on the Lung Microvasculature of Trimeresurus Jerdonii

The lung microvasculature of two Trimeresurus jerdonii injectedwith the s olution of ABS in butanone was studied under a scanning electron microscope. On th e inside wall of Trimeresurus jerdonii lung there are many reticular septa, seco ndary septa, third septa and alveoli septa so that it was separated into a lot o f sac rooms, small rooms, subordinate rooms and pulmonary alveoli. In the reticula r septa, secondary septa, third septa and alveoli septa there were lots of cap illaries. They anastomosed with each other to a single layer of dense network. T he pulmonary capillary mesh is elliptic, triangular, polygonal or irregular. Th e dia meter of the alveolar capillary is 7～11 μm. The diameter of the mesh is 8～25μm . There are obvious imprints of smooth muscles and endothelial nuclei on the surf ace of the casts of arteriole and terminal arteriole. On the surface of the cast s of capillary there are obvious imprints of endothelial nuclei as well.
