摘    要:采用葡萄糖还原硝酸银,并在聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)薄片表面沉积银纳米颗粒的方法,制备表面增强拉曼(SERS)基片。研究该SERS基片对孔雀石绿(MG)的拉曼光谱分析的增强效能。结果表明,该方法生成的PDMS-Ag复合基底对MG的检测线性范围为1×10-10~1×10-5mol/L,线性相关系数R^2为0. 9796。其对孔雀石绿的最低检测浓度1×10-10mol/L,SERS谱图MG特征峰型清晰易分辨。将本方法应用到鲫鱼鱼肉样品中MG含量的检测,孔雀石绿加标回收率为96. 4%~128. 4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为5. 9%~8. 2%。
