苦荞粉提取液中黄酮类化合物含量测定方法的选择

摘    要:通过硼酸-柠檬酸法、硝酸铝-亚硝酸钠-氢氧化钠法、氯化铝-乙酸钠法及芦丁法测定苦养粉中黄酮类化合物含量的比较,试验结果表明,芦丁法仅可测定苦荞提取液中部分黄酮类化合物的含量,而氯化铝法和硼酸-柠檬酸法无法将黄酮类化合物全部络合,试验选择硝酸铝法作为苦荞粉中黄酮类化合物的含量测定方法。

Abstract:A comparative study was made on the feasibility of 4 different methods,i.e.(a) the boric acid-citric acid method,(b) the aluminum nitratesodium nitrite odium hydroxide method,(c) the aluminum chloride-sodium acetate method and(d) the rutin method to the determination of flavonoids in extracts of spring buckwheat powder was studied.It was found from the experimental results that methods(a),(c) and(d) were not suitable for this determination due to their incomplete extraction or incomplete complexation of flavonoids,and method(b) was proved to be the best one due to its good repeatability precision and pragmaticality.
