| Abstract: | Lattice parameter, magnetic, and DTA-measurements were performed in the range of the ternary NiAs-phase in the nickel-antimony-tellurium system which exhibits a continuous range of homogeneity. Lattice parameter and susceptibility values are reported for three sections with constant ratios ofxSb/xTe=4.00, 1.00, and 0.25. The ternary liquidus projection is given between about 35 and 60 at % Ni.Dedicated to Prof.K. L. Komarek on the occasion of his 60th birthday. |
