| 摘 要： | 报道了用双光束光声光谱技术对上种癌变组织研究的结果，发现在６３０ｎｍ处有一明显的吸收峰，该吸收峰在正常组织的光声光谱中不出现。这对癌症的光谱诊断和激光治疗提供了有价值的光学资料。

| Abstract: | An equipment for double-beam photoacoustic spectroscopy has been set up which covers the visible and near-infrared region. Photoacoustic spectra for four kinds of the cancerous organism were recorded. The absorption band at about 630nm appears in the spectra of the cancerous organism but not in the normal organism.It offers available optical data for diagnosis and treatment in cancer. |
