| Abstract: | A least-squares program in BASIC is presented for the rigorous calculation of the equilibrium parameters in the dissociation of a polyprotic acid HqA and of the spectra of all the individual species at equilibrium. The behaviour of the program is discussed for a simulated case involving n.m.r, and for a spectrophotometric study of eriochrome black T. |
