| Abstract: | reaction: see text] Methylenecyclopropanes can react with various nucleophiles such as alcohols, phenols, carboxylic acids, and thiols to give the corresponding homoallylic esters or ethers in good yields with good stereoselectivities in the presence of Lewis acids. |
