基于光电检测的红外光信号接收电路设计

摘    要:由于红外器件的广泛应用,红外光信号的检测受到许多学者的关注。为解决红外光信号容易受到太阳光干扰的问题,在光电检测原理的基础上,根据红外光信号和噪声的特点,设计了红外光信号检测的前置调理电路。将微弱的光信号通过光敏三极管转换成电信号,并通过放大、滤波等处理,滤除了部分高频和低频噪声,使转换后的电信号放大到适合后续电路处理的幅度范围内。试验结果表明,该检测电路可以满足一般场合的红外光信号的检测,输出电压的幅度可以由毫伏级放大到几伏,能够滤除太阳光中高频和低频分量。

Abstract:For the wide application of infrared devices,more and more scholars are paying close attention to the detection of infrared optical signal,In order to solve the problem that infrared optical signal is easily interfered by sunlight,an optical signal receiving circuit was designed based on the photo electric detection principle and the feature of optical signal and noise.By using a phototransistor,optical signal was turned into electric signal.Then the converted signal was enlarged to an appropriate range which can meet the postposition circuit’s need,through an amplifier and a wave filter.According to the experiment’s results,the detection circuit can conform to the ordinary situation of infrared optical signal’s detection,the output voltage’s amplitude can amplify from millivolt to volt,and the high frequency and low frequency ingredients in sunlight are filtered.
