| Abstract: | Facing to the domestic rising demand of Distance Learning,the Distance Learning developing ways suitable to the existing domestic education are studied among our study tasks.Through participat;on of EU Fifth Science Framework Program to profit the EU technical and financial aids to realize the Online Campus Construction linking three Chinese metropolis and also accessing to EU Universities'Network. |
