摘    要:采用无机络合剂稳定钛酰离子的方法,用多种无机钛源合成出了中孔Ti-MCM-41型分子筛,采用XRD,低温N2吸附和FT-IR等方法对合成的含钛分子筛进行了物性的表征。以苯乙烯的H2O2氧化作为模型反应,考察了合成的Ti-MCM-41分子筛的催化性能。结果表明,钛原子已进入分子筛骨架,用Ti(SO4)2和TiCl4为钛源合成的Ti-MCM-41分子筛在960cm^-1处存在较强的红外吸收,并对苯乙烯的H2O2氧化表现出较高的催化活性。

Abstract:A novel method for preparing mesoporous Ti-MCM-41 has been developed. By means of stabilizing Ti^4+ with H2O2, a series of Ti-MCM-41 with different inorganic titanic salts as Ti sources have been synthesized via an electrostatic S^+ I^- templating pathway using [C16H33N(CH3)3] Br(CTMAB) as the surfactant. The samples were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction(XRD), FT-IR and nitrogen adsorption, the results show that the samples have highly ordered mesoporous structure and Ti atoms have been incorporated into the framework. In catalyzing oxidation of styrene with hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), the Ti-MCM-41 samples prepared from inorganic Ti sources exhibits higher catalytic activity than those prepared from organic Ti species (TBOT). The nature of inorganic titanic salts has conisderble influence upon the incorporation of Ti into the silica framework. The samples prepared from Ti(SO4)2 or TiCl4 possess higher catalytic activity for the oxidation of styrene with H2O2.
