基于知识产权视角的高端装备制造业发展关联研究——以宁波市为例

高端装备制造业作为我国的七大战略性新兴产业之一, 是带动整个装备制造产业升级的重要引擎; 知识产权作为创新驱动发展战略实施的重要载体, 是体现国家竞争力的核心战略资源. 以宁波市高端装备产业中的数控专用设备领域为研究对象, 从专利量变化态势、地区分布、申请人分布等角度剖析了宁波市数控专用设备产业的知识产权发展现状, 通过构建综合评价体系及耦合协调度模型对2010—2019年间宁波市数控专用设备产业和知识产权资源进行关联分析. 研究表明, 宁波市知识产权资源和数控专用设备产业发展处于中级协调状态, 需要加强知识产权资源和产业发展之间的联动, 进而向高度协调型转变.

Development dependency of high-end equipment manufacturing industry based on intellectual property: Case study on Ningbo

As one of the seven strategic emerging industries in China, the high-end equipment manufacturing industry is an important engine driving the upgrade of the entire equipment manufacturing industries. As an important carrier for the implementation of innovation-driven development strategies, intellectual property is a core strategic resource that reflects national competitiveness. This article takes the field of CNC special equipment in the high-end equipment industry in Ningbo as the research object, and analyzes the development status of intellectual property rights of CNC special equipment industry in Ningbo from the perspective of the change in patent volume, regional distribution, and applicant distribution. By building a comprehensive evaluation system and coupling coordination model, this article analyzes the relationship between CNC special equipment industry and intellectual property resources in Ningbo from 2010 to 2019. The research shows that the development of the intellectual property resources and CNC special equipment industry in Ningbo is in a state of intermediate coordination, and it is necessary to strengthen the linkage between intellectual property resources and industrial development, then evolve to a higher-level coordination.
