摘    要:高强铝合金结构在国外输变电工程中的应用已经十分广泛, 但是在国内通常用于活荷载小的大跨度屋面结构和人行天桥等, 在输变电工程中的应用基本处于空白状态. 高强铝合金材料重量轻, 强度高, 耐腐蚀性优异, 生产安装便利, 可回收性高, 在输变电工程中具有极大的应用空间和潜力. 本文从输变电工程背景出发, 结合高强铝合金材料的物理和力学性能, 分析国内外工程案例和研究现状, 给出了高强铝合金结构在输变电工程中应用可能存在的问题和建议.

Abstract:High strength aluminum structures are widely used in foreign electric transmission towers and substations. However, domestically they are mainly used in long-span roof structures and footbridges of small live loads. Hence, the application of aluminum structures in domestic transmission towers and substations requires further development. High-strength aluminum material features light weight, high strength, good corrosion resistance and high recycling value. It is also a simple process in terms of manufacturing and construction. This paper conducts a survey of some typical engineering projects and studies the advantages of applying the aluminium structures in these projects with consideration of the physical and mechanical properties of the aluminium alloy. Base on the results, some suggestions are made for the further investigation and application of aluminum structures in the electric transmission towers and substations.
