龙须菜中硼的化学形态分析

摘    要:为探究硼对大型海藻龙须菜食用安全性的影响, 本文以福建沿海龙须菜为原料, 采用超声辅助连续浸提和电感耦合等离子发射谱(ICP-OES)相结合的方法, 探究龙须菜中硼的分布及存在形态, 并对浸提条件进行优化. 优化浸提参数如下: 将龙须菜粉碎至20~30目, 采用0.2mol?L-1 NaCl、0.2mol?L-1 EDTA、0.8mol?L-1 HCl以及0.4mol?L-1盐酸羟胺, 按固液比1:50超声辅助浸提45min, 各组分得率较高, 龙须菜中的总硼量高达(125.00±4.10)mg?kg-1. 结果同时表明, 龙须菜中约有20.91%的硼以水溶态形式存在, 约有55.23%的硼以半束缚态形式存在, 束缚态硼占总硼23.86%. 实验结果可为龙须菜的食用安全性和硼标准制定提供科学依据.

Abstract:In order to investigate the effect of boron on food safety of Gracilariopsis lemaneiformis, the Gracilariopsis lemaneiformis from Fujian were chosen as the raw material. Continuous leaching and inductively coupled plasma emission spectroscopy (ICP-OES) were applied to examine the Gracilariopsis lemaneiformis in Fujian. The distribution and speciation of boron was investigated and the extraction conditions were optimized. The optimized extraction parameters were as follows: crushing the asparagus to 20~30 mesh, using 0.2 mol?L-1 NaCl, 0.2 mol?L-1 EDTA, 0.8 mol?L-1 HCl, and 0.4 mol?L-1 hydroxylamine hydrochloride, leaching for 45 min in 1:50 solid-liquid ratio, the yield of each component was higher. The total boron content in Gracilariopsis lemaneiformis was (125.00±4.10)mg?kg-1. The results showed that about 20.91% of the boron in the Gracilariopsis lemaneiformis had a water-soluble form, about 55.23% of the boron existed in a semi-bound state, and about 23.86% of the boron existed in a bound state. The experimental results can provide a scientific basis for the food safety of Gracilariopsis lemaneiformis and the setting of aluminum standards.
