对高校教学效果监控内涵、原则与过程的探索

摘    要:教学效果在较窄层面上主要指学生学习效果,在较宽层面上涵盖教师教学质量、教学管理水平和学生学习效果。从教学实践出发,教学效果监控可分为学生、教师、教学管理者三个层面。教学效果监控的原则包括客观性、科学性和动态性等。教学效果监控过程包括建立质量监控机构,确定监控目标和任务,确定监控指标和工具,搜集监控信息资料,形成并反馈监控结果等。
