摘    要:高稳定性、高性能、低成本的氧还原反应(ORR)非贵金属催化剂对碱性燃料电池的发展具有重大意义。本研究利用杂原子(N,S)掺杂多孔碳材料和ZIF-67中非贵金属的协同作用制备出性能优良的非贵金属催化剂Co-N/S@CET。物理表征得出炭化后的催化剂表面具有介孔结构,且Co和N进行了大量配位,并且通过XPS测试揭示了催化剂中具有大量Co-Nx活性位点。电化学测试结果表明,Co-N/S@CET具有良好的ORR活性和稳定性,极限电流密度达5.0mA/cm2,半波电位达0.85V,且具有优异的稳定性(10000s后仅衰减4%)。

Abstract:It is of great significance to find non-noble metal oxygen reduction (ORR) catalysts with high stability, excellent performance and low cost for the development of alkaline fuel cells. In this study, a good non-noble metal catalyst Co-N/S@CET was prepared by the synergistic action of heteroatom-doped porous carbon and non-noble metal in ZIF-67. Through physical characterization, it was found that the surface of the carbonized catalyst had a mesoporous structure, and a large number of Co and N coordinated, and XPS test revealed a large number Co-Nx active sites in the catalyst. The results of electrochemical tests showed the Co-N/S@CET had good ORR activity and stability. Its limit current density reaches 5.0 mA/cm2 and half wave potential reaches 0.85V. And it has excellent stability (only 4% attenuation after 10000 seconds).
