Energy-Saving Renovation for Project Based on Enery Management Contract

Basic concepts, characteristics and the working process of the energy management contract are introduced. After the detailed analysis of waste heat resources of the hotel information center and laundry room under energy management contract mode, air source heat pump are adopted to recycle the waste heat resources, which can make domestic hot water, so as to save the natural gas. Additionally, after heat pump, the cold air is acting as the cold source of information center and laundry, which can replace the air conditioning, in order to save electricity. Through analysis of the energy-consumption of the hotel, the results indicate that consumption of natural gas in the hotel declines about 17.6% in average, and total energy consumption down about 13.7%.
