| Abstract: | Preparation of copper, manganese, cadmium and lead tungstate by tribochemical reaction Stoichiometric mixtures of powders CuO/WO3, MnO/WO3, CdO/WO3, PbO/WO3 are grinded in a vibrating mill. Infrared spectra, X-ray diffraction, DTA and investigations of solubility show that on grinding in vibrating mill the tungstates MIIWO4 are formed from the oxide mixtures by tribochemical reaction. |
