Bulk modulus and density of polyethylene to 30 kbar |

| Abstract: | The results of bulk modulus and density measurements on low-density polyethylene to 30 kbar are presented. From these data the pressure coefficient dTt/dp of the glass transition temperature is obtained, and a comparison is made with data calculated from Pastine's theoretical equation of state for polyethylene. |
