摘    要:建立了仿真饰品中残留卤代烃的气相色谱检测方法。对比分析了不同溶剂和萃取时间对卤代烃提取效果的影响,应用超声提取法进行样品前处理,使用DB–624气相色谱柱及35~245℃的程序升温条件,以ECD检测器进行检测分析,仿真饰品中7种卤代烃可以实现良好的分离。色谱峰面积与卤代烃的质量浓度在1.0~20.0 mg/L范围内线性相关,相关系数均大于0.990。7种卤代烃加标回收率为81.2%~98.2%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.51%~2.52%(n=6)。该方法适用于检测不同材质仿真饰品中卤代烃的含量。

Abstract:A determination method of 7 halohydrocarbonsion in adornments was established using gas chromatogra-phy. The influence of solvents and extraction time were compared. The sample was pretreated by ultrasonic extraction meth-od, using DB-624 column and ECD detector, under 35-245℃temperature programmed conditions. The results demonstrated that halohydrocarbons actualized good separation. The chromatograph peak area was linear with the mass concentration in the range of 1.0-20.0 mg/L with the correlation coefficients more than 0.990. The recoveries were 81.2% to 98.2%, and the relative standard deviations were 1.51%-2.52%(n=6). The method is suitable for the detection of halohydrocarbons content in different adornments.
