对甲基苯甲醛生产中一种主要副产物的结构表征

摘    要:以对甲基氯化苄和六亚甲基四胺为原料在浓盐酸作用下生产对甲基苯甲醛过程中产生约20%的副产物,其中一种主要副产物为白色晶体,熔点83.6~84.2℃,气相色谱分析主成分含量为99.3%.采用元素分析、FT-IR、1H NMR和质谱解析了副产物的结构为N-(对甲基苄基)甲酰胺,为副产物的回收利用奠定了基础.

Abstract:In industrial production,p-methyl benzaldehyde is manufactured using p-methyl benzyl chloride and hexamethylene tetramine as materials with the participation of concentrated hydrochloric acid.However,about 20 % by-products were yielded during manufacture.One main outgrowth which is white crystal with melting point 83.6~84.2℃ was separated and purified.The content of this main outgrowth is 99.3 % analyzed by gas chromatography(GC).It has been found that this outgrowth is N-(p-methylbenzyl) formamide which was characterized by elemental analysis,FT-IR,1H NMR and mass spectrum.This work would be valuable references for recycle and reuse of the outgrowth.
