摘    要:提出了夏热冬冷地区高层住宅围护结构节能设计中的问题:一是建筑围护结构的保温性不足,二是窗户的密闭性不能满足要求,三是室内空气质量与建筑节能的矛盾,四是高层住宅应对环境变化的能力不足.进而提出解决高层住宅围护结构节能设计的基本策略.

Abstract:Several problems exist in the energy-saving design for the envelope structure of dwelling high-buildings in hot summer and cold winter zones: lacking of heat insulation,insufficient sealing of windows,contradiction between indoor air quality and building energy conservation,finally,lacking of the ability to deal with environmental change.Design ideas for improving building envelope structure for energy-saving are put forward.
